The high-speed intelligent paper cup forming machine is equipped with advanced features to streamline the paper cup manufacturing process and ensure excellent performance. One notable feature is the utilization of oiling lubrication, which effectively reduces wear on machine parts, prolonging their lifespan and minimizing maintenance requirements.
The machine incorporates a multi-stage heating system consisting of four heating stations. During the pre-feeding of paper, the cup's wall undergoes pre-heating with hot air in the first station. Subsequently, the bottom of the cup is preheated as the cup body is bonded in the second station. In the third station, additional paper at the bottom of the cup is heated, followed by further heating of the cup's bottom in the fourth station to ensure complete bonding.
To enhance the adhesion and stability of the cup, ultrasonic waves are employed to heat the cup's wall, ensuring a secure bond. Additionally, the bottom of the cup undergoes dual heating by the heater to finalize its shape, resulting in improved forming strength, aesthetically pleasing rolled mouth, and consistent size.
The entire cup-making process is meticulously controlled by a PLC system, which coordinates various functions such as paper feeding, bonding, bottom feeding, heating, roll bottom, knurling, roll mouth, cup unloading, detection, automatic counting, and cup collection. This integrated control system, coupled with photoelectric eye fault monitoring and servo feeding, ensures rapid and stable operation while minimizing errors.
By simplifying and automating the manufacturing process, this machine significantly reduces the labor required, enhances efficiency, and improves the safety and stability of the equipment.
