Model S100 automatic paper cup forming machine is a new model developed by our company combined with domestic and foreign medium speed paper cup machine through comprehensive technical improvement. It produces various kinds of paper cups of different specifications through continuous processes such as multi-row automatic paper feeding, ultrasonic or heating welding, paper tube transfer by mechanical hand, oil filling, bottom flushing, bottom turning, preheating, knurling and cup unloading. The whole machine adopts the longitudinal shaft transmission system, open intermittent dividing structure, gear transmission, timed spray oil lubrication, photoelectric tracking monitoring of the whole cup, is the original three turntable chain drive low speed model of the ideal replacement product.
