YB-W35 automatic open CAM medium speed paper bowl machine adopts mesa layout, the molding mold and the transmission part are isolated, the transmission part is arranged in the frame under the mesa. The machine has automatic spray lubrication system, using the longitudinal shaft transmission structure, cylindrical indexing structure and gear transmission. The forming mold is arranged on the table for easy cleaning and maintenance.
YB-W35 uses cylindrical indexing CAM and only an aluminum plate to complete the cup structure, making the machine faster and smaller. It has photoelectric detection, fault alarm, counting and other functions. Through automatic transmission paper feeding, sealing (gluing cup type), oil filling, bottom flushing, bottom turning, heating, knurling, edge rolling, cup unloading and other continuous processes, is to improve the production of paper bowl, soup bowl, porridge bucket, advertising paper bowl, the ideal equipment, the production capacity can reach 65-80 PCS/min.
Transmission mechanism
